These two diplomats were killed on the way to the Tikrit to attend the "conference of reconstruction aid in Iraq".
The "conference of reconstruction aid in Iraq" is the conference called for the sake of the reconstruction of Iraq ruined by that "Iraq war" set by "the United States" and "England" and that supporting countries.
That "Iraq war" was practiced without the resolution of the United Nations under the "just cause" of the distraction of the "weapons of mass murders" of an imminent danger which "the United States" and "England" had said, and
