The true democracy(the general public is the head of the world) is that the general public is
the human race and the human
is the head of the world, and it is over the limit of the race or of the state.
Therefore, the totalitarianism of the ism of race
for race's sake or of the ism of state for state's sake is fundamentally out of keeping with the democracy
which establishs the general public(human) as the head of the world, and if the totalitarianist
of the ism of race
for race's sake or of the ism of state for state's sake speaks of that it is truly for the general public or
truly for the democracy, it is big a lie. By the way, now in Japan of "a democratic country",
it becomes a topic of conversation about getting into the law a national flag and the national anthem.
It means that it is established by law that the national flag is "hinomaru"(being used as
a national flag in Japan now)
and the national anthem is "kimigayo"(being used as a national anthem in Japan now).
"hinomaru" seems not to be problems if it consists of the common recognition and
of the common interpretation of the nation, but "kimigayo" doesn't seem to be the common recognition
of all the nation on the contents of the text of "kimigayo" under a democratic constitution of
Japan now(though imperfectly), and it is out of keeping when thinking present Japan and future Japan.

and, under the name of the God, they invaded many country and killed many people, and still more,
they killed even many the nation of their country and destroyed most of other countrys and of their country.
If seeing the history and standing at the position of the many victims, the statesmen who pretend
to be insensible to it are doubted the their pride as human.
This song will be better to called the private anthem of the Imperial Household
than to called public the national anthem in Japan of democratic country(though a mere apology), and
Useing it at public place will be better to be interpreted to use borrowing the private anthem of
the Imperial Household for convenience' sake. At present,
the hovering around of Japanese society also seems to be caused by
the contradiction like this "massive big rock" fundamentally. That is, as a principle respecting
the great "massive big rock", they have done wrong awfully behind it's back,
but they say things about morality taking out
the "massive big rock" matter-of-factly, and on account of this deception, the society and the children
become chilled and escape in nihility(hollowness) and have lost their drive, doesn't it.
Meanwhile, in other many countrys, likewise, the national anthem have all more or less problems.
Most of them have the reason that the injury of the war which was broken out by the ism of race
for race's sake or by the ism of state for state's sake or by the imperialism, etc, reflects
in the national anthems like Japan,
and, at this juncture, in the meaning that Japan breaks off the convention of the national anthems
as a pioneer, Japan will be better to try daringly to make new national anthems which can gain the common
recognition of the nation and which is the song that all nation want to song willingly and which is the song that
all nation cheer up hearing the song. The world advances to age of the true democracy.
The true democracy is human democracy which is over the race or over the state.
If, so long stubbornly, stopping like the "massive big rock", Japan will be left behind the main current of
the world of the human democracy of true the general public(human of that each human are
the head of the world),
and the "massive village" of the "massive big rock" will decline poorer and poorer.
